1. Products

- physical CDs;
- digital downloadable products, such as tablatures, scores, educational materials, video-related files, or other music-learning resources.

2. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes. Delivery costs, when applicable, are shown before the final confirmation of the order.
Take The Bus ASBL reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Orders
The customer selects the desired product, adds it to the cart, provides the required information, and confirms the order by completing the payment.
The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, especially the email address and delivery address.
4. Payment
Payments are made through the payment methods available on the website at the time of order.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Take The Bus ASBL does not store full credit card details.
5. Physical products
Physical CDs are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Orders are prepared and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and postal service.
Take The Bus ASBL cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Digital downloadable products
Digital products are made available after payment confirmation, through a download link or access details sent by email.
The customer is responsible for downloading and keeping a personal copy of the purchased files.
Digital products are for personal use only. Any reproduction, sharing, resale, public distribution, or transfer to third parties is prohibited without prior written permission.
7. Right of withdrawal — physical products
For distance purchases, consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day they receive the physical product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Take The Bus ASBL or a damaged product received.
The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
8. Digital products and loss of right of withdrawal
For digital downloadable products, the customer agrees that the digital content may be made available immediately after payment.
By purchasing a digital product and accessing the download, the customer expressly acknowledges that the performance of the contract begins immediately and that they lose their right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available.

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they should contact Take The Bus ASBL as soon as possible at:
