Returns & Right of Withdrawal
1. Physical products
For online purchases, consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day they receive the physical product.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear request by email to:

- customer name;
- order number;
- product concerned;
- clear statement of withdrawal.
2. Return conditions
The product must be returned in good condition, complete, and properly protected.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Take The Bus ASBL or a damaged product received.
The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
3. Damaged or incorrect product
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they should contact Take The Bus ASBL as soon as possible at:

4. Digital downloadable products
Digital downloadable products cannot be physically returned.
By purchasing a digital product and accessing the download, the customer expressly agrees that the digital content is made available immediately after payment and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download or access has been made available.
